Galvanizing

For decades, galvanizing in combination with additional chromizing has proven to be an excellent protection against corrosion.
Constant further development of the different treatments and methods guarantee reliable corrosion protection for different stress levels.

Both large units hanging on a special appliance individually and screws in drums are treated with the Reisser surface refinement technology.

Individually hanging units can be processed up to dimensions of 900 x 400 x 600 mm (length x width x height) and a maximum weight of 150 kg per single unit. We can also offer alkaline galvanizing (safeguarding particularly even and smooth structure of thickness of layers).

For galvanizing in drums we operate with a computer-controlled zinc drum appliance with state-of-the-art technology and the possibility of detailed processing minutes.
