Depending on the profession, training at REISSER lasts for between 2 and 3.5 years. This can be shortened on an individual basis on the basis of good academic and company performance.

Our apprenticeships
Industrial management assistants can be employed as specialists in a wide variety of areas. You will be involved in the preparation, implementation, monitoring and presentation of industrial work processes from material procurement to planning production to sales. Your area of responsibility includes contact with suppliers and customers, calculation and preparation of offers, work planning and sales accounting, operational and business accounting, marketing and initial insights into human resources. After your training, you will be equipped to work in a variety of fields.

Warehouse logistics specialists organise and guarantee our smooth flow of goods. You are responsible for warehouse control, incoming goods, order compilation, packaging and delivery of the goods. During your apprenticeship you will get an insight into incoming goods by checking delivery documents and checking deliveries. You will help monitor the storage and retrieval processes and learn in the office to create the shipping documents for transport. You compile orders, check and pack them, complete the accompanying documents and finally load the truck.

Your training
- Training period 2-3 years
- Attendance at the business school in Künzelsau
- REISSER enables you to obtain your forklift license
In addition to screws, surface coaters also finish and coat various other products in our electroplating shop. Your main task is to maintain, control and check electroplating systems. You coat and colour components and prepare them for these processes beforehand. Pickling and degreasing, both before and after treatment, are also part of your work. You will learn how to use different tools, chemicals and systems for the different finishing techniques. You will also learn how to properly use your knowledge from vocational school in the company.

Your training
- Training period: 3 years
- Block lessons at the vocational school in Schwäbisch Gmund
- Reisser takes over all costs during your time at the vocational school
Machines and plant operators are at the heart of screw production. You are responsible for the machines, commission them, maintain and repair them. Your tasks include controlling and monitoring process flows, storing goods and performing production controls.

Your training
- Training period: 2 years
- Attendance at the business school in Künzelsau
Are you enthusiastic about IT and interested in computers and everything that goes with them? As an IT specialist for application development, you will find answers to questions that can be solved through the use of modern IT systems.
By programming software and continuously developing the existing tools, you actively help to optimise work processes and thereby simplify everyday work for users.
What we expect from you

- Good knowledge of German and English
- Good understanding of mathematics
