Assembly Screw

The REISSER assembly screw made of zinc plated blue steel is a time-saving solution for mounting components that are subjected to low stress. It can be used without anchors in various substrates such as brick, cold sandstone, gypsum plasterboard or concrete.

Conventional screws require an additional anchor for mounting in these substrates, which does not guarantee durability for a wide range of temperature conditions. Special anchors are also required again for fire protection areas. The amount of time required increases enormously particularly in large industrial buildings where extensive cable ducts need to be installed.

This means that they must be fixed with an additional anchor each time, which does not ensure durability for a wide range of temperature conditions. The amount of time required as a result of mounting with an anchor increases enormously particularly in large industrial buildings where extensive cable ducts need to be installed.

This is why REISSER developed the assembly screw. It guarantees faster, fireproof mounting without anchors and facilitates among other things the securing of electrical installations and cable ducts. It can also be used to screw bathroom and kitchen accessories into place.

The special HiLo thread forms a durable female thread when screwed in. This allows the component to be fixed directly after predrilling and borehole cleaning. Faster assembly with increased torque is possible with the high thread pitch.

The pan head directly fixes the component with high contact pressure, leaving a perfect fit as well as an attractive appearance.

The existing drive ensures safe application, very good power transfer and prevents slipping.
