"In 2007 I started my apprenticeship at REISSER as a commercial trainee and was then taken on in the back office. In the years afterwards I had the opportunity to experience various aspects of work in the company (back office, field service and key account) and was supported by in-house training programmes and prepared for my current position as a manager. In 2019, I became division manager for the Industry/Intercompany division. Then in 2021 I got the opportunity to lead the Sales division and I took it."
