REISSER Schraubentechnik GmbH builds on a social foundation characterised by reciprocity and cooperation. Fair cooperation means: Compliance with guidelines and laws, internal company standards and a clear ethical mission statement. Or in short: Compliance.

As part of a global value chain, we are aware of our responsibility and reflect our influence on the economic, social and ecological facets of society. We must avert damage to our company, our business partners and our employees. Rules and standards must apply to everyone in order to enable fair cooperation. We rely on creating a transparent environment, recognising misconduct and following up on indications of improper behaviour.

 

The protection of fair competition, human rights and the environment are at the forefront. We consistently follow up on any indications of violations. REISSER Schraubentechnik GmbH assumes social responsibility with the aid of sustainable supply chain management. We examine the minimum requirements with regard to environmental protection, human rights and fair labour and business practices.

We also rely on information about violations. We encourage all people involved with REISSER Schraubentechnik GmbH, either internally or externally, to report rule violations or any suspicions. Whistleblowers are protected by the company and specific indications are followed up on. Discrimination, intimidation or otherwise attempting to influence whistleblowers is an offence in itself, and will result in disciplinary action.

Please contact us if you have specific information about high-risk violations of regulations in connection with the business activities of REISSER Schraubentechnik GmbH.

Complaint procedure in accordance with Sections 8 and 9 of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LKSG)

If you notice

  • indications of human rights or environmental risks and
  • indications of violations of human rights-related or environmental obligations

you can report these to us here at the company or to a supplier.

After submitting the notification, you will receive a confirmation of receipt including a case number.

Your information will be processed internally under this case number by Hakan Odabas, Compliance Officer. You can also contact us again at any time via the e-mail address above after you have submitted a report. Please quote the case number sent to you with the confirmation of receipt. All information provided to us will be treated confidentially of course.

In the following rules of procedure you will find further information on how your notification is dealt with.

This complaint procedure allows persons to report

  • human rights or environmental risks,
  • as well as violations of human-rights-related or environmental obligations that have arisen as a result of the economic actions of our company within one of its own business divisions or of one of our direct or indirect suppliers.

After submitting a report, each whistleblower will receive a confirmation of receipt immediately, but no later than seven days after receipt of the report. Reports are processed internally by Hakan Odabas, Compliance Officer.

After a report is received, the responsible officer first checks it for plausibility, in particular with regard to relevant human rights or environmental risks or the violation of human rights or environmental obligations. Once the validation has been completed, the person handling the report will discuss the facts of the case with you as the whistleblower.

Important: Please provide your contact details, particularly an e-mail address, so that we can contact you. If processing takes longer, we will inform you as the whistleblower about the ongoing processing progress no later than three months after you submit the report.

The persons we entrust to process the information are independent, impartial and not bound by instructions. In particular, they are obliged to maintain confidentiality.

All information and documents provided to us will of course be treated in strict confidence and in accordance with the relevant data protection regulations. The confidentiality of your identity is safeguarded, as is effective protection against any discrimination or penalty.
